Features strong 24 gauge type 304 stainless steel hood with scalloped base and rolled form edges;18 gauge mesh screen. Mesh screen is turned inward at the base to assure a tight fit. Bolt-on lid is removeable for chimney inspection & cleaning.
 Why Choose a MULTI FLUE CHIMNEY CAP? One multi-flue chimney cap usually costs less than buying a cap to fit each flue. A multi-flue cap also looks better - imagine how much nicer the chimneys pictured left would look with a single cap covering their multiple flues. Fits better too; when the space between the individual flues is tight, the overlapping lids from multiple caps usually prevent a good fit, and the cap is therefore less able to protect against entry of birds and animals and offers less protection from the weather. A multi-flue cap offers better looks, better fit and better protection.
Multi-flue chimney caps can also be used on larger chimneys with a single small flue.  A larger multi flue cap with a base size closely matching the chimney casing measurement would better compliment the architecture of the home for the chimney shown at right than using a small, single flue cap.
 MULTI FLUE CHIMNEY CAP attaches to mortar crown to cover one flue, or multiple flues. This chimney cap is simple to install and offers a lifetime warranty. The chimney cap is installed with Tapcon masory screws and silicone adhesive (included) to help assure secure installation.
 Choosing your MULTI FLUE Chimney Cap Size
Choose the base size that covers all flues, plus 2" for mounting flanges on all sides.

Use this reference chart to choose your chimney cap size. The flue tile(s) must fit fully within the base size, though the cap mounts to the mortar crown with flanges that are 2" wide on all sides.
