Since the early '90s consumers
have been asking how to burn pellets in their open fireplaces. Wood pellets are made from reclaimed sawdust that would otherwise be dumped in landfills. The fuel is easy to store, easy to handle and burns very clean.  But until now you really needed a specially designed stove to auger pellets down into a forced air burn pot for them to burn properly This revolutionary grate for burning pellets is a simple design that simply works!

You just pour pellets into the basket and use a fire starter to light the fire. The pellets light easily and 7 lbs. burns for about an hour. The pellet grate holds a total of 14 lbs per fill to burn for about 2 hours. (An additional half hour of burning embers remain after the primary fuel combustion is complete).


The PELLET GRATE is by far the easiest, cleanest fuel for burning a real fire in small old coal fireplaces. The inventor actually lives in a house with little coal fireplaces so old homeowners, here's a product that really was designed with you in mind!

The fuel burns so cleanly that little smoke is produced; there's virtually no smoke produced when burning and just a spoonful or 2 of ash remains after a 1 hour fire. To keep it burning, just add in more pellets.

To make it even more convenient to burn wood pellets, we offer the fuel in a log-size 7lb bag and a 20 lb bag with a tote handle. This means storage is simple and the bag of fuel is easily handled by virtually anyone.

Our wood pellets are made from a mixture of pine and solid hardwoods that produce 8250 btu's per pound. Dried to less than 8% moisture content, the pellets burn very clean and produce less than 0.05% of ash. With no chemical binders or other additives, these pellets can even be used for cooking.
