Our base shipping charges are shown below for orders shipping within the continental United States via UPS ground delivery.
**Shipping costs include insurance to cover loss or damage to your merchandise in transit.

Oversize & Fragile Items ship by common carrier freight truck. Items exceeding 70 lbs. and items that are fragile (such as some electric fireplaces, mirrors, etc.) will not withstand common handling practices of package delivery where boxes are thrown onto conveyor belts, fall off the shelves in the truck, etc.
Items that must ship by freight truck are packaged onto pallets which help assure safer handling during transportation. Items that must ship by freight truck are identified during checkout.
Freight deliveries are broken down into RESIDENTIAL or COMMERCIAL delivery:
- COMMERCIAL DELIVERY is for shipments being delivered to a commercial building with a loading dock
- RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY incurs a $69 surcharge for driveway delivery. This means the driver pulls into your driveway and it is your responsibility to remove your package from the back of the truck and take it inside. Most drivers are nice enough to help with unloading but it is not a requirement of their job, so please count on having help on hand, if needed, to remove heavy items and carry them inside. Most freight trucks do not have liftgates to lower your merchandise down to the ground so this is why you must be prepared to remove the merchandise from the back of the truck.
- Residential delivery with Liftgate incurs a $285 charge. This is for items weighing more than 200 lbs. where 2 people are not likely able to lower the pallet down from the truck and onto the ground. You will still need help on hand to take your merchandise into your house.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it back to us, unused and properly packaged in its original box. Just complete RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM so we know who the package came and can credit you properly.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you must pay shipping costs to return the item to us.

Please inspect your order carefully before signing for the package(s). If there is visible damage to the box,  then ask the delivery driver if s/he will allow you to open and inspect the contents before you sign for it (some drivers will, some won't). If the driver will not allow you to open a visibly damaged package, then either refuse it or sign the ticket, noting the package is damaged. If you weren't home to sign for the package(s) then it's important to inspect the contents immediately.
After receiving your merchandise, open the package immediately and inspect the contents carefully. You must report shortages, errors or damages to us within 48 hours of delivery so we may file a freight claim and arrange a replacement for you. Past 48 hours we have no recourse with the shipping carriers and will be unable to issue refunds, credits or replacements for damaged items or shortages.
